SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with UMYGREEN. Please review our shipping terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive it. You can track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. UMYGREEN has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

DELAYS
While we do everything we can to ship on time, occasional delays can happen — especially during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (carrier issues, customs inspections, severe weather). We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help if your order is running late.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@umygreen.com as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at support@umygreen.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
