RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At UMYGREEN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@umygreen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@umygreen.com with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item or size is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer. If you've done this and still haven't received it, reach out to us at support@umygreen.com and we'll look into it right away.
